Fees & FAQ

Please note: Fees may vary & are subject to change at any time. Visa/Mastercard/e Transfer are accepted. Receipts are provided for clients to submit to their insurance provider for reimbursement. In addition, it is the responsibility of the client to verify before their initial session if their insurance covers Nurse Psychotherapists
or Registered Psychotherapists. Please note that I am under the Qualifying category

Psychotherapy fees can vary based on a therapist’s qualifications, experience, and type of therapy approaches they use. Other factors include administrative costs (documentation and billing software), liability insurance, College registration, clinical supervision costs, ongoing education, virtual/office fees and costs of living.

  • At Inner Soul Psychotherapy, the above factors are taken into account. Session rates are as follows:
    •  20-minute consultation: Free
    •  Initial Assessment: 50 mins $175
    •  Follow-up session: 50 mins $175
    •  Group therapy sessions: coming soon
    •  In-person session rates: 50 mins $200. I am an Independent Contractor at BeWell Therapy. My in-person rates are higher
due to use of office space and other administrative costs.
  • Sliding scale available upon assessment
  • Some insurance providers MAY cover RN or nurse psychotherapy services, and alternatively, some insurance providers will
cover these services under private nursing benefits or if the therapist is under the clinical supervision of a Registered Psychotherapist or Registered Social Worker. Please contact your insurance provider if you have questions about your coverage. It is important that you contact your provider before the first therapy session.
  • Since I am (temporarily) in the “Qualifying” category, I am under the clinical
    supervision of a Registered Psychotherapist.
  • Psychotherapy services may be eligible for a tax deduction as a medical expense. Please contact a tax professional to see if you qualify for potential savings.
  • During your initial free consultation, a brief assessment may include questions about income, expenses, financial obligations and the sliding scale fee may be adjusted.

  • Sliding scale fees are temporary and subject to re-evaluation on an ongoing basis
  • Visa, Mastercard or e-transfer are accepted.

  • You will be required to have a credit card on file for late cancellation or no-show purposes.
